  • Headlights crest a hill on a rain-soaked road, and their glow runs down the wet pavement in two shaky stripes
  • Even the title breaks up in its own reflection
  • It feels like a quiet drive home in a storm

“Rain at Kilometer Nine” — Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt

Classic unisex fit with rib-knit cuffs and taped neck and shoulders. Solid colours are 100% cotton; fibre content can vary by colour. Heavyweight 6.0 oz/yd² (203 g/m²) jersey.

Design story & product details

The whole picture is a wet night road climbing to a rise, where a pair of headlights comes over the top and spills light down the slope. The title, Rain at Kilometer Nine, floats near the bottom in thin cream serif letters, and its reflection breaks apart in the rippled water just like the headlight beams do.

It is a good gift for a friend who runs early-morning races or logs miles in bad weather.
