Design story & product details
Ink turns Rainy Days Taxi into a compressed downpour on the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, where a yellow cab cuts through a black street built from converging towers. The cream roof sign and round pale headlights make the car read immediately, while the plate, 615-DRY, introduces a less obvious bit of taxi detail. Above it, heavy curved serif type spells “Rainy Days,” followed by the smaller “City ways.” The wording at either side stays deliberately small: “GOOD PEOPLE BRIGHTER DAYS” to the left and “SAME CITY BRIGHTER YOU” to the right.
- Dark walking figures cross cream stripes beneath overlapping red, blue, yellow, and cream umbrellas.
- Black buildings narrow toward the central skyline, their scattered yellow windows broken by two large streetlamps.
- An amber traffic light hangs high at the right while yellow, blue, and red reflections run through the roadway.
Thin pale rings pack the bottom edge like rain striking pooled water, yet the white ground remains visible beyond the uneven outline of the scene. That open perimeter prevents the dense city image from becoming a solid block.
