Design story & product details
Two spiral fossils anchor the artwork, their forms preserved and enclosed by uneven bands of fractured stone on the front of a men’s oversized heavyweight crewneck t-shirt. The upper spiral is defined by raised, thick ribs and deep separation grooves, while the lower one spirals inward more tightly with fine radiating lines. Each fossil is encircled by layers of jagged rocks, with sandy tan over deep plum outlines and extensive scratch textures that crowd every surface inside the uneven outer edge.
Scattered stone fragments break away near the fossil rings, caught at angles that match the cracks and chips in the main shapes. Between the stones, only narrow gaps appear, with textured marks extending even into these small spaces. The sense of heavy layering brings the entire composition together, making the fossils feel both ancient and newly revealed.
The word “REUNITED” runs at a downward diagonal across the center, overlapping both rocky borders. Each serif letter is sharply pointed at the edges and filled with tan, its volume modeled with dark bordering and a drop shadow offset to deepen the visual layering. Scratches, cracks and fill details continue through the letters.
