Design story & product details
The print gives the Heavy Blend Unisex Pullover Hoodie the appearance of an engraved badge, with stippled greys carrying the texture of the tape mechanism. Off-white lettering pushes forward through black outlines and deep, angled shadows. Rewind repeats in three stacked rows, but the scale changes: the largest word is the middle one, and the letters bulge into an arc that echoes the circular rim. The lowest row overlaps the curved metal housing, joining the lettering to the machinery below. That overlap makes the words feel built into the mechanism.
Serif capitals follow the upper edge with the sentence That bass line gets another turn. Below, the open reel has three cut-out windows, each revealing wound tape around the centre spindle. The tape continues over capstans and rollers through a lower half crowded with mechanical detail. Fine hatching fills the space behind it, so the disc reads as a continuous field of marks, with open space beginning beyond its edge.
