Distressed periwinkle-blue Rise And Create lettering is built in layers: a huge Rise breaks with cracked negative-space seams, while Create spreads wide in sprayed, torn-edged letters marked by black flecks. Between them, a smaller And cuts through rough rust-orange brush bands and drips. On the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt, the graphic leaves the grey ground visible around its dense poster block, giving the lettering room without softening its hard, worked-over surface.
Two grayscale skylines interrupt the blue splatter fields from opposite sides, their antennas and building edges crossing into the type. A narrow technical illustration resembling a pen or rocket runs vertically at the right, accompanied by blueprint-like notes, crosshairs and numbered marks. A boxed Make It Real line leads into Korean words meaning keep creating, while the small No. 07 references make the composition feel like part of an ongoing design series.
