Design story & product details
The open cream planes of the lion’s forehead, muzzle, cheek and chin give Seoul Lions Crest its first breath of space, while the mane closes in around them in dense navy and cream-gold sweeps. On the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, the oval emblem is built like a formal insignia: a lion facing right, crowned in red and gold, with a deliberately uncluttered face held inside a busy field of linework. “SEOUL KOREA” forms the upper red arch, while “LIONS” curves through the lower ribbon.
- Thin dark outlines define the cream serif capitals, giving the red arch and lower ribbon crisp edges against the more textured fills.
- Four small gold four-point stars appear in red spaces beside the upper lettering, a detail nearly absorbed by the perimeter ornament.
- Cream side ribbons carry bold navy 20 and 24; gold curling leaf forms crowd their edges within thick navy contours. Fine speckling and hatched shadows give the cream, red and gold areas a worked surface.
The contrast between the relatively open face and the packed mane does more than organise the crest. It makes the eye, nose and whiskers read clearly as dark navy marks before the ornamental border takes over.
