Design story & product details
A blue star swatch within the black rectangle is one of the smallest marks in the border. Seoul Taegeuk Wave is a Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt artwork built around a painterly red-and-blue taegeuk swirl, leaving grey space around the central mark as six black-and-white Korean flag trigram bars float nearby, some level and others tipped. Visible brush texture breaks the red and blue into uneven, bristle-like strokes.
Near the top, the torn black Taegeukki banner has a cracked white edge, a white star, blue X and red diagonal streaks. Taegeukki is Korean for the national flag. Beside it, the barcode tag reads 82-Seoul-777, while the paint-drip badge pairs Seoul Made with a small globe and blue star. The globe icon repeats in the black rectangle at left.
At the base, white graffiti bubble letters spelling Korea overlap blue Wave lettering, each given a heavy black contour and shadow. The lettering has jagged outer edges that keep its bubble forms rough. Yellow-and-black crown outlines, an eight-point blue sparkle, the Move With the City tag, and the red-black diagonal stripe bar above the Street Culture Series banner complete the layered ink, brushstroke and drip treatment.
