Design story & product details
“UNDERGROUND” curves downward in cream block letters, deliberately worn through with black speckling and a shadow that gives the word a lifted edge. “FREQUENCY” answers beneath in purple gothic lettering, outlined in white and bent into an opposing arch. Signal After Midnight is a Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt built around that collision of type: radar rings spread behind a segmented radio antenna, with a mechanical fan blade and coils of barbed wire cutting across the transmission imagery. The hooded figure remains faceless in solid black; the grey smoke behind it keeps the silhouette from reading as a flat fill.
A purple rose carries its thorned stem through the machinery while a red lightning bolt, marked like an arrow route, tracks the right edge. A red compass-star on the other side is answered by the circular gauge below. Torn cream paper borders interrupt the grey field, and the bottom sequence moves from “NO SIGNAL / STILL MOVING” to “FUTURE ARCHIVE DIVISION” and “SEOUL AFTER HOURS.” The small purple globe at the base is held between fine rules, with a red barcode adding one last clipped mark near the lower left.
