Design story & product details
Tall, narrow serif capitals spell SKIN CONTACT in a steep arch, their pale cream interiors held by dark brown outlines and a fine dotted inset. The outer letters extend down beside the fruit, making the type feel like a frame while leaving the lower middle deliberately open. On the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt, that arch gives the apple pair room without closing off the pale space around it.
Two apples meet at their sides beneath the lettering: one brick red and cream, scattered with pale speckles and tightly curved brown hatching; the other golden tan and cream, darkening toward its lower-right edge. Each top is recessed around a curved brown stem, notably without a leaf. Behind them, a long peel curls through several open loops before crossing under the fruit. Its red skin flips to a cream interior as it turns, while stippling and short engraved strokes carry the same hand-worked texture through every surface.
- The words “SKIN CONTACT” are the only lettering in the artwork.
- The peel alternates between red outer skin and pale cream inner surfaces.
- Open areas remain beneath the letter arch and within the peel curls.
