Big cream letters, chunky and flared like an old Western poster, arch up out of an orange ash cloud to ask: Sorry, were you talking? The answer comes in smaller type beside it: That mountain just erupted.
Below, two hikers sit on boulders with their backs to us, one mid-sentence with an open hand, while a volcano throws lava across the valley. That ignored hand is the whole joke, drawn in dense etched hatching across this oversized tee. It suits the hiking buddy who never stops talking on the trail.
