Dry-brush olive capitals announce “Squad ready,” and a smaller mustard line underneath admits “Still shedding.” A painted black Lab in a tactical harness looks back over its shoulder with a serious face. Then you see the tuft of pale fur escaping from under the straps. The gear says mission, but the fur says couch.
