A striped tabby has curled itself into one round, sleeping heap on a stack of folded sweaters, chin and one paw draped over the top fold. Around it, in deep plum capitals, runs the verdict every cat owner already knows: The Cat Gets the Cashmere. The good knitwear was never really yours.

On this crewneck tee the fine ribbing of the sweaters is drawn line by line, which makes the cat’s claim on them funnier. Give it at Christmas to the cat mom whose nicest sweater is permanently covered in fur.
