Design story & product details

The words The Hobby are drawn in spiky blackletter, as solemn as an old shop sign. Then plain bold capitals admit that it now needs its own room. The words sit inside a looping rust-orange clay sculpture that a sculptor with a hair bun is still pressing into shape. All around is an etched studio crowded with brush cans, busts and a kiln.

On this hoodie, the joke belongs to anyone whose pottery has quietly taken over the spare bedroom. Give it at Christmas to the potter who just bought a kiln.
