The print holds the fine engraved hatching on this heavyweight crewneck tee, so the swimmer’s arm and the white foam stay sharp. The idea is simple. In open water there are no painted lanes, so a full moon lays its bright streak on the waves and he follows it. The tall serif words, The Moon Draws My Only Lane Line, slant with the swell.

The best detail is the cream moon with teal craters, echoed in the ripples below. Give it to a friend training for an open-water triathlon.
