Design story & product details
Small pale circles punctuate the diagonal brown guard, an easily missed note against the fan’s dark ribs. From its low pivot, those ribs spread through narrow white triangles beneath an off-white pleated leaf. Red, blue, and golden-yellow strokes fold inward in a tight three-part spiral, their ragged edges interrupted by white streaks. Black brushed marks hold the left edge, while a short row of yellow dots follows the yellow turn.
On the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, the fan remains open enough for its construction to read clearly: brown ribs, a guarded spine, and blossoms arriving from opposite corners. Thin stems bring orange-brown tufted flowers in at the upper right and lower left. Below the fan, black slanted calligraphy uses heavy downstrokes, fine hairlines, and long flourishes; plain lettering identifies the subject as Korean traditional fan. The lower-right area is deliberately left open, giving the words room without competing with the spiral.
