Tall, narrow capitals rise out of the stone like a carved Art Deco facade, spelling I’ll be watching it from up here, with Love the plan. chiseled into the cornice above. A snowy owl grips that ledge, one amber eye half-shut over its wing, giving polite approval with no intention of helping.
