Cyan lettering and hot-pink shadowing push against the black-and-gray spiral behind this cartoon portrait. What? Yeah Okay is a Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt built around a face framed by a broad black curly afro, dark sunglasses, and a mouth opened wide enough to show both rows of teeth. A purple, orange, and pink swirl lollipop is held close to the mouth, while the bright pink ruffled collar is picked out with black contours and flat cel-shaded folds.
The lettering masses along the left in four uneven, rounded lines, leaving a lighter pocket around the face and candy on the centre-right. Its cyan forms carry rough black speckling, thick black edging, and pink offsets that make the hand-drawn contours feel deliberately irregular.
