Design story & product details

A woman turns away in a long black velvet coat, collar up and one hand on the lapel, as the coat sweeps out into an enormous rippling train. Across it, Black Velvet runs in worn, swashed serif capitals, with No Occasion Required underneath. The joke is simple: velvet doesn’t have to wait for a gala. The fine white sheen lines in the fabric make this long sleeve tee worth owning.

Wear it on any ordinary day. It makes a fitting birthday gift for the friend who wears all black to the grocery store.
