Design story & product details
An open field of flat gray leaves the arched Drift lettering and its small botanical-like mark with room to breathe. On the Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt, the word rises gently from D to T, with R and I carrying the broadest scale at the crest. The end letters narrow slightly as the arc falls away. Its serif letters are not conventional block forms: each ends in a pronounced flare, like a trumpet opening into the surrounding space.
Gold-orange shading gives the letterforms a metal-like range, from pale yellow highlights through amber to brown in their recessed areas. Fine horizontal lines run through every character, creating an engraved effect that also appears in the ornament. Beneath the central pair, two curved leaf or seed-pod shapes meet at a stem. They share the lettering’s dark-brown edge, while the unmarked gray space between the arc and ornament keeps the compact motif distinct.
- The pale yellow glints transition into deeper amber and brown along the letter contours.
- Fine horizontal engraving lines remain visible even through the flared terminals.
- A thin dark-brown outline separates the gold forms from their gray ground.
