Design story & product details
On the Heavy Blend Unisex Pullover Hoodie, the print turns a familiar danger placard into a worn industrial emblem. Its red clipped-corner plate is held visually by bolt heads at the corners and midway along the edges, while a narrow cream line frames the tightly stacked type.
“Hazard” takes the largest scale, its cream angular serifs pushed by black offset shadows. Above it, “Cat. No. Nr422” and smaller “Cat. No. 422” are flanked by short, tapered line stacks. The lower bands read “Hazard Of,” “Severe Electrical,” and “Shock Or Burn,” with “Or” reduced in size.
Cream warning triangles define either side: a black exclamation mark on the left and a lightning bolt on the right. Cream rules partition the lines without easing the compressed signboard rhythm. Their cream fill repeats the border and type, linking the warning elements.
Overlapping metallic triangular braces, a circular ring, horizontal rods, and ragged black-and-cream diagonal stripes build out from the plate. Black chips, cream scuffs, and rusty brown interruptions roughen every layer, while open gaps between the outer braces prevent the crowded centre from becoming a solid field.
