Printed in dark plum-brown linework on an oversized crewneck tee, the fine crosshatching keeps its grit, so the scuffed plates and sinewy forearms look lifted from an old strongman manual. The joke is grip training taken seriously: a lifter pinches a thick plate in each hand by the rim, thumbs clamped over the edge, under the line Even my thumbs have a program.

A looped lifting strap lies unused between his worn sneakers, a quiet brag that grip comes first. It suits the gym buddy who never skips grip day.
