Design story & product details
A layered print turns Gyeongbok Palace into a formal palace study, with two dark navy tiled roofs rising in matched arcs over red columns, teal trim, and cream panels. On the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, the symmetrical building is grounded by gray stairs descending between pale carved railings. The navy title follows beneath in a large serif hand: “GYEONGBOK,” then “PALACE” in widely spaced smaller capitals.
A textured red sun disk crowns the upper roof, with cream curling clouds passing through its edge. Dark flowering branches bend around the top and sides, carrying pale peach five-petaled blossoms, unopened buds, and loose petals. Small dark trees at either side of the palace create a quiet boundary, while the white spaces around the branches and lower lettering prevent the dense architecture from closing in.
The mark is built through tightly packed architectural lines and a restrained palette of navy, red, teal, cream, gray, and pale peach. Oversized first and final letters give “GYEONGBOK” a broad span, with curled extensions sweeping below. Fine horizontal ornaments frame a small diamond-shaped flower between the words, echoing the carved detail of the railings above.
