Design story & product details
The twelve digits beneath the barcode break after eleven numerals, leaving the final 12 visually separate; it is a small irregularity in an otherwise disciplined grayscale label. On the unisex crewneck T-shirt, four thin square frames make a compact shipping-style header: upward arrows, hands around a cube, a glass, and an umbrella under rain.
- Its Korean captions translate as “this side up,” “handle carefully,” “handle with care,” and “keep dry,” turning familiar package symbols into the opening lines of the design.
- The enormous Korean phrase means “handle with care.” Its condensed black lettering has squared ends and takes command after the first dividing rule.
- Lower copy includes “100% organic” and “colors may vary”; a brief Korean expression meaning “person body” appears with the percentage, while a recycling triangle counters the barcode.
Three hairline rules give the black elements distinct compartments without changing the flat gray ground. Nothing softens the field: every mark remains solid black against the same mid-gray. The barcode’s leftward placement and the recycling arrows at right deliberately leave the bottom row uneven, preserving the label’s utilitarian logic.
