Design story & product details
Rust orange against cold steel gray is what sold me on this crewneck sweatshirt: an orange riveted gantry holds a gray I-beam bent into a full loop, hanging from chains on olive slings. Heavy cream letters that look like bolted metal plates say I asked for a little flexibility.
It’s a dry joke about a request taken far too literally, and the rust speckling every letter makes the words look forged. Give it to an ironworker who has heard every bad idea from the office.
