Design story & product details

Plum letters and violet petals are nearly the same shade, so the words seem to grow out of the flower. A bearded iris, hatched like an old botanical engraving, carries the line I call this dressing down. That’s the joke: a crewneck tee this fancy is somebody’s idea of casual. The knobby rhizome and stringy roots at the bottom give it a gardener’s honesty.

Wear it to weekend errands or a spring plant sale. It makes a good Mother’s Day gift for a mom who grows irises along the fence.
