The punchline is cut in chunky red block letters that rise and drop like carved stone slabs, under a smaller, worn line that reads I remember when. Between them, a belted lifter grips a bar bent under pitted iron plates, so the joke is a gym brag: the weight that once crushed him is now his warm-up.
