I save my opinions for the rest period is stacked in cream and orange-red capitals around an etched drawing of a lifter grinding through a loaded leg press, his veined calves straining against the footplate. The joke is plain gym etiquette: mid-set there is no breath left for debate, and that final period closes the matter. The scratchy lettering gives this heavyweight crewneck tee the look of an old iron-gym poster.
It suits the lifter who goes quiet under the bar, and it makes a good birthday gift for a gym buddy.
