A driver’s arm rests out the window of the olive-green 4×4 as it rolls into the last hairpin. Above it, the joke is painted right onto the switchbacks in rough cream letters: I take the long way. The battery needs it. That is the classic old-truck excuse for a scenic detour, and on this unisex long sleeve tee the snowy peaks and setting sun make the case for it.
