Design story & product details
The crewneck T-shirt carries the Imperial Dragon Robe artwork: a deep crimson-red field framed by navy-black bands edged in metallic gold, with a circular chest medallion containing a coiled gold dragon. Its profile is unusually deliberate: the jaw opens beneath a curled mane, while fine hatching breaks up the solid gold linework across the scales. At each shoulder, a second medallion is only partly visible where the collar seam cuts through it.
- Gold ruyi-shaped cloud swirls scatter unevenly across the sleeves, accumulating more densely near the cuffs.
- Black cuff and front-edge bands repeat gold floral rosettes, while a long serpentine dragon follows each sleeve border.
- The hem’s black band layers gold semicircular waves beneath jagged mountain peaks and flame-like curls rising into the red field.
A black sash crosses the waist with a round, carved-looking gold medallion buckle and floret-patterned ribbon ends. Small gold floral sprigs mark the black collar band, while the inner collar remains plain cream.
