Design story & product details
Open space traces the outer edges of foliage and fruit, giving the dense illustration room without loosening its close overlap. Jeju Island Oranges brings two textured citrus forms to the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, arranged on a diagonal with the upper-left orange partially covering its lower-right companion. Leaves reach across the top and both sides, while another leaf extends below the upper fruit. Their contact feels deliberate, while the surrounding leaves keep the image spreading outward.
- The pebbled skins combine yellow highlights, burnt-orange shading, scattered dark specks, and irregular brown patches edged in cream.
- Slender dark green stems lead into broad pointed leaves, where pale central veins branch into fine curved side veins.
- Near-black serif lettering gives “Jeju Island” strong thick-and-thin strokes; muted-orange dots mark both lowercase j letters, with “South Korea” centered in smaller muted-orange serif type.
The wording on the artwork is in English and names Jeju Island, followed by South Korea. The letterforms remain unoutlined, so the strong serif contrast and muted-orange j dots carry the visual link between fruit and words.
