Design story & product details
Red meets gray, black, and open white in the Jesus Was A Carpenter artwork, where the large lettering feels cut from a weathered sign. Jesus is formed in broad curved strokes with pointed ends, and the red fill is broken by irregular white chips that leave the letterforms breathing. The tall J takes over the left side before dropping into a rounded hook. Gray and black patches appear beside selected strokes and within the curled details, giving the red forms an offset shadow with no continuous border.
The Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt carries the full phrase, with Was A Carpenter compressed into a dense uppercase line that climbs to the right beneath Jesus. A long red loop runs over the word, while smaller curls crowd the outer edges and lower area. Some of those ornaments hold gray interiors, black tips, and fine parallel red accents. White gaps between the flourishes stop the packed lettering from becoming a solid block. The words identify Jesus as a carpenter.
