Design story & product details
The artwork, named Limited Edition Athletic Dept., forms a circular seal on a solid gray field, with black serif lettering following the upper arc. Its balanced badge construction gives the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt a defined graphic focus, while the open gray band inside the ring leaves breathing room around the inner sign.
The lower curve carries Urban Clothing, completing the outer ring without crowding its gray interior. Within it, the Korean lettering means twenty-one and is paired with a straight 2025 beneath. At the upper interior, Ath. and Dept. divide around a navy five-pointed star; Est. and a second 2025 balance the middle, with No and 21 framing the smaller star near the base.
The central Korean characters use blocky dark navy forms edged in thick white, and their worn marks break the color inside each stroke. Black condensed numerals sharpen the contrast, while the stars repeat the navy of the lettering. These shifts in weight, outline, and texture make the composition read as a stamped emblem.
