Design story & product details
Between NO and 21, a small navy five-pointed star gives the lower edge of the badge a precise finishing mark. Urban Clothing Dept. is a crewneck T-shirt built around a centered circular seal: LIMITED EDITION curves over its top edge while URBAN CLOTHING follows the lower arc in black bold serif letters. The open gray ring between those outer words and the interior keeps the arrangement legible, like space left around an inked stamp.
At the core, large Korean lettering appears in dark navy, bordered by thick white outlines and broken by deliberate worn marks within its block forms. The Korean words mean twenty-one. ATH. and DEPT. divide the upper navy star, while Est. in black cursive balances a black 2025 at mid-height. A second, condensed 2025 runs in a firm straight line beneath the Korean lettering. Its outlines remain sharply separated from the gray ground, even where the interior distressing interrupts the navy. The typography moves from formal arcs to compact utility marks, holding several scales in one seal.
