Design story & product details
Tall slanted serif letters form the upper sweep of the artwork, with red Jazz meeting cream lover under a worn black edge. A brimmed-hat saxophonist cuts into that lettering in a dark suit, his hat brim, lapels, bent sleeves and trouser folds picked out with cream marks. The Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt carries the musician with a gold saxophone dropping down the left side, its closely packed keys leading into a broad flared bell. Behind him, a mustard circle holds a black skyline and suspension bridge, giving the figure a poster-like frame without closing off the surrounding white space.
Gold lines travel out from the central scene and return as loose musical loops, with notes suspended on both sides. The lower wording compresses Love and Jazz into a diagonal stack: the O in Love is filled by a red heart, while the larger red Jazz presses into the cream letters. Pointed gold-and-black starbursts appear on either side of that cluster. Black speckles break up the lower area, and broad gold strokes pass nearby with the same scuffed, hand-worked character seen around the upper lettering. The words are in English and refer directly to affection for jazz music.
