Design story & product details
Orange and white carry the artwork’s main contrast, with black doing the work of containment and emphasis. Mornings Are For Coffee turns a takeaway cup into the left-hand anchor: it has a broad oval lid, tapering walls, and a white rim held inside a second black contour. The Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt carries the cup beside oversized script, so the repeated word pair reads as part of one packed composition.
- The cup’s own thin white message reads Mornings are FOR COFFEE; small paired strokes on either side of are give that quieter line a deliberate pause.
- To its right, Mornings and Coffee use white-filled, black-edged loops, while solid ARE FOR bridges the two words in a much firmer uppercase block.
- Two white flowers with black centers and pointed leaves cross the cup’s lower right edge. Black teardrop sprays, curved motion strokes, and white outlined flourishes press close to the lettering without closing every gap.
Open white breaks around the outer right-side flourishes and between the text lines keep the dense marks legible. The cup message and the larger lettering repeat the same coffee refrain in two clearly different voices.
