Design story & product details
A broad charcoal wedge is left open beneath the word, giving Mountain Wilderness Badge an unexpected pocket of space after the tightly packed terrain. The artwork is built around a wide six-sided field, with points at the top and bottom and a thick pale yellow-green outline around its dark charcoal ground.
Two jagged peaks fill the upper half, and the taller one at left breaks past the border. Pale yellow-green mountain faces split into irregular charcoal shadow shapes, while small conifer silhouettes gather on both sides of the foothills.
A narrow light blue river curves downward through the landscape before widening toward a flat lower edge. The Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt carries MOUNTAIN in heavy uppercase lettering through the lower half, with narrow charcoal counters and subtly rounded letter corners.
The word does not stay contained: its outer letters extend beyond the badge sides and are cropped by the image edges. That pressure at the sides echoes the left peak crossing the border, while the open charcoal area below keeps the packed landscape from closing in completely.
