The first line, MY ANSWER, uses tall, condensed capitals pressed closely together, climbing nearly the entire height available. Its proportions and spacing create a visual pause before the smaller, widely letterspaced NEEDS A WALK. below.
The contrast between the oversized upper wording and the fine, widely spaced lower line is harmonious but not symmetrical. A narrow empty strip keeps them distinct.
