Design story & product details
Most of the left side is left open, broken only by a small suited dog and the fine black leash drawn across the gap. Orbit Dog is a retro sci-fi illustration on a unisex crewneck T-shirt, built around a tall astronaut whose red figure carries the composition on the right. She faces slightly left in a fitted spacesuit, beneath a rounded glass-domed helmet with dark hair visible inside.
The astronaut’s equipment gives the figure its particular silhouette: a cream neck ring, chest and wrist cuffs, boot cuffs, a tubing-fed backpack, and a wide belt closed with a square buckle. Cream trim edges her red boots, including a small heel. At the lower left, the dog wears its own bubble helmet and cream backpack module, while its tail and paws remain uncovered.
A restricted palette of coral-red and cream/off-white is held together by dark charcoal outlines. Stippled, halftone-like grain runs through every colour, softening the flat suit panels and helmet glass into a deliberately aged graphic surface.
