Design story & product details
Green and violet aurora ribbons sweep through a navy starfield, while cream lettering and fine gold rings hold the circular emblem against its gray ground. The arched AURORA OBSERVATORY headline has a slightly warped curve, giving the serif letters the same contour as the border.
On the Heavy Blend Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt, a dark blue-gray radio telescope rises on a lattice tower with its dish angled into the open sky. Fine crosshatch shading gives the structure definition, and two connected-dot constellations punctuate the aurora behind it. NORTHERN SIGNAL CLUB is held between delicate gold dotted lines.
Crowded snow-capped mountains and dark pines form a dense lower edge beneath the wide expanse of sky. The 64° N and 147° W side badges use green lettering on dark texture, while a gold compass star crowns the circle and a second compass rose anchors its lower center.
DEEP SKY STATION appears at the right with a narrow underline. The bottom banner carries EXPLORE THE STARS in large cream serif type, followed by the smaller teal wording POLAR FREQUENCY 1986.
