Design story & product details
Red and navy establish the design’s rhythm, moving from the arched Pride lettering into a loose current that circles the figure. A young woman, eyes closed and smiling, holds a gold-tipped pole as the South Korean flag ripples behind her; its white field, red-blue taegeuk, and four black trigrams remain legible within the illustration. On the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt, that flag and the winding lines give the central portrait a clear sense of motion without crowding the gray ground.
Lettering carries much of the structure. “Pride” is drawn in tall red gothic blackletter with a cream-white edge and red shadow, including a small diamond poised over the I. Beneath the figure, a curved cream banner uses navy serif type for “in,” with tiny red stars at either side. “Our Colors” repeats the red blackletter treatment near the lower edge but trades the upper red shadow for navy, ending at a second red diamond. Dense type at the top and bottom leaves intentional open space along both sides, while the flag’s color pair is echoed by the ribbon’s looping paths.
