Tall serif capitals fading from cream to gold arch overhead with Rated for Forty Below, and a curled parchment ribbon below answers, Worn Downtown. Between them, a climber in a mustard parka and gold crampons stands on a snowy summit, seen from below. The joke is expedition-grade gear that mostly goes to the coffee shop, and the icicle-hung gold rope looping around the lettering gives this long-sleeve tee its old engraving feel.

It suits the friend who owns a serious parka and wears it mostly to brunch.
