Design story & product details
Flat gray space is reduced to a narrow breathing margin around a densely built racing scene. Riviera Classic uses the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt as the ground for bold black italic lettering reading “RIVIERA CLASSIC,” with thick slanted forms edged in red and cream. The slightly arched title carries worn grain through its condensed strokes, making the top band feel as active as the image below it.
A red course line winds across a grayscale harbor map, passing marina boats, hillside buildings, and tiny dark trees before meeting the large open-wheel car. Its black wheels break against the frame edges, while the driver’s white helmet is marked by narrow red stripes and framed by a red-and-white halo. Three monochrome panels extend beneath the car, each returning to vintage racers on coastal roads among palms, yachts, and cliffside architecture.
- A red compass rose marked with “N” appears in the upper-right area.
- Red, black, and cream striped bars run along both side margins.
- “COASTAL CIRCUIT RACE” closes the composition between matching striped bars.
