Design story & product details
Layered print gives Roots Today a poster-like density on the Unisex Longsleeve T-shirt, carrying a rose rendered through curled red petals, pale pink touches, cream hatching and burgundy shade. The bloom is not smooth or flat: its petal edges turn inward in tight, repeated curls, so the fine hatch marks become part of the flower’s construction. Dark blue-green stems descend into serrated leaves, where grey-green veins form patterned fields and fine internal lines.
- Heavy burgundy serif type forms an arch for “Roots Today, Brighter Tomorrows,” ending in small burgundy sprigs.
- “Estd” and “2024” hold the two sides apart with short rules and diamond centres, leaving open white space before the foliage begins.
- “Roseland” carries a broad lower line with pale inset strokes and offset borders; the script “Cultivate a Kinder World” follows beneath it between sprigs.
The lower area deliberately crowds the flower against the oversized lettering, while the side labels remain separated from the leaves. Cooler green-blue foliage gives the dense burgundy type a second visual weight, and the little diamonds make the date line feel like a formal maker’s mark.
