Design story & product details
“Summer” opens in tall cream-filled serif letters, their thin dark outlines and speckling giving the word a weathered, hand-worked finish. The extended S and r fall alongside the letter row, which arches over the crescent on this Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt. Below, “CASUAL MAN” is rendered in cream outlined capitals, held between slender decorative rules.
Within the crescent, a wavy-haired figure is seated facing right with a brown acoustic guitar across their lap. The instrument’s dark neck reaches into the open right side of the moon, where broad white space is interrupted only by narrow cloud streaks. Rolled sleeves, loose trousers and lace-up boots are built in dark shading, with cream catching their edges.
The moon’s pale cream surface carries charcoal crater marks and fine hatching, especially along its left-hand curve and lower rim. Rocks and small leafy plants gather densely at that base, sharpening the contrast with the unfilled interior.
