Description
Pinecones at the bottom of the illustration are packed so tightly they cross over, forming a kind of knot right at the hem. Above them, the rock base has splashes of cream and dark flecks that give a weathered, rough feel, while pine roots wind thickly over the surface and disappear into the cracks. The three irregular pines have a windswept look, with clustered green foliage carried out in defined strokes, bending as if grown from harsh earth.
The green and orange-brown Kanji-inspired emblem at the top translates to “forest” and is paired with the arched phrase THE FOREST in solid, 3D collegiate type below. That band of lettering frames the design’s upper space, but the main visual weight sits in the dense center, where trees and rock are ringed by the bright gray negative space of the tank itself. The artwork is applied to a unisex jersey tank, suited to situations where you want botanical detail without crowding the entire garment.
