Design story & product details

Burnt orange capitals play against the player’s navy shirt, and that pairing makes the joke land: Those Were My Polite Shots, scratched and slanted, while he lunges in from behind and his opponent crouches beyond the net, already bracing.

My favorite detail is the pair of circular close-ups, a taped grip and a shuttlecock’s cork base, like a sports comic pausing right before the smash. On an oversized heavyweight tee, that line is friendly trash talk. Give it to the badminton partner who plays nice for exactly one game.
