Design story & product details
Urban Riders is built from heavy black slab-serif lettering: Urban arcs across the upper field with cream outlines and an offset black edge, while Riders lands below in thick distressed forms. Cream scratches and speckles cut through both words, making the worn texture part of the lettering, not a background effect. On the Heavyweight Unisex Crewneck T-shirt, a black cyclist silhouette crosses the type and pale yellow skyline with a bike angled upward at the left wheel.
- A red five-point crown with rounded tips marks the upper letters, its base crossed by narrow cream bands.
- Fine spokes remain visible in both wheels; the uneven bicycle angle gives the rider a rising line across city forms.
- At the bottom, black buildings, two utility poles and sagging wires make a second skyline, with dots, splashes and drips pressing in from the edges.
White openings around the crown and through the space between rider, buildings and scattered marks prevent the dense black arrangement from closing up. The wording is English and reads “Urban Riders”; no other written message appears anywhere in the artwork beyond those two words.
