Design story & product details
Light-gray lettering meets a flat gray field, while the bear is built from fine black and gray hatching. The open gray around the upper and side edges gives the dense illustration room to hold its shape. The upper lettering remains light against thin dark outlines.
A large grizzly stands upright with both arms fully around a small girl. Her long straight hair falls beside a face with closed eyes and pink-blushed cheeks; her nightgown carries a heart pattern, and socks show beneath the hem. The bear’s clawed paws visibly overlap at her back, making the embrace feel complete.
