Design story & product details
On the soft, thick face of a hoodie, the fine etched lines of this print read like an old engraving, with navy, slate and cream settling into the fleece. Big Entrance. Very Low Speed. A wooden sailing ship noses into a narrow lock between riveted gates, bowsprit first and fenders out, barely moving at all.
The joke is about anyone who arrives grandly and slowly. I’d buy it for the coiled rope on the capstan. Give it to a dad who docks his boat at a crawl.
