Design story & product details

Cream blackletter with dark teal shadows wraps around a black-hulled freighter pushing through a raised drawbridge, its amber windows glowing over choppy water. The joke is the oldest commuter alibi taken literally: you got stuck at the bridge, and the reason is right there, anchor and all. On this oversized heavyweight tee, the punchline lands in the small type, where a huge Excuse is followed by a modest for being late.

It makes a good gift for a coworker who commutes over a drawbridge and keeps showing up after the meeting starts.
